Refund policy
At Baby V's Products, we take pride in offering high-quality herbal teas, oils, and supplements handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items, as they are considered perishable and consumable- thus for health and safety reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to make it right. Please email us at babyvsproducts1002@gmail.com us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for packages marked as delivered by carrier.
- We are NOT responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
